CCSD GIS Startup Plan

GPC supported the Cambria Community Services District (CCSD) in the development of a rapid requirements assessment and GIS Startup Plan. This plan identifies the range of applications and databases ultimately required to support all the Districts key functions. It also identifies near-term priorities, data and application dependencies, opportunities for leveraging existing legacy systems and other issues that will dictate what is developed first, and what parts of the organization will benefit or be impacted by each stage of development. This plan is being used as a framework for the incremental development of the Districts GIS, and as a reference for the re-engineering of the CCSD management information infrastructure, to be undertaken in a near future effort.
